At its heart, Dom’s Pane e Brodo is just a father and son—two guys from the Bronx who realized that a lot of people today are missing out on the kind of food we were lucky to grow up on. The kind of food that filled the house with warmth.

What began as weekend kitchen experiments—testing out old recipes, baking fresh bread, and simmering broths, slowly turned into something more. We weren’t trying to start a business at first. We were trying to hold onto something we loved. But the more we cooked, the more we shared, and the more we realized: this was worth sharing with everyone.

So we built Dom’s Pane e Brodo from the ground up, right here at home. A small-batch, homegrown business rooted in handmade breads and traditional Italian soups, prepared the way they’re supposed to be: simple, fresh, and real. Every loaf we bake and every pot we stir is part of that mission—to bring back the flavors of the old Bronx Italian kitchens and pass them on, one bowl at a time.
